What we collect
Your answers to the assessment questions, any optional written response, the result category assigned to you, and — if you choose to submit them — your first name, email address, state, and optional phone number. We also record the date and time of your submission and basic campaign information such as the referring website, the page you arrived on, and any marketing source, campaign, ad, or keyword parameters in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use responses in aggregate for market research — to understand how providers practice today and what educational resources would be useful. If you check the consent box, we use your contact details to send educational information and updates about Retreat Practice Academy. We do not add anyone to an email list without that consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and send email, and where required by law.
Advertising and analytics
We may use advertising and analytics tools, including Google and Meta, to measure how people find this assessment. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
